1110 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1110 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By registering an account or using any part of the 1110 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with Privacy Policy which form part of this agreement.

To use the 1110 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in Malaysia.
  • Not prohibited by local laws or regulations from using online betting services.
  • Register one account only; any attempt to hold multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

1110 reserves the right to reject registration or close the account of any individual who does not meet the above eligibility requirements without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 1110 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification or regulatory compliance purposes.

Password & Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account information with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account, whether with your knowledge or not, is entirely your responsibility.

General User Responsibilities

  • Not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or exploit the platform's systems or infrastructure.
  • Not use automated software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
  • Not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes.

Payments, Transactions & Deposit or Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on the 1110 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept a variety of local payment methods, including online banking, e-wallets, and other payment methods listed in the deposit section of the platform.

Deposit

Deposits made by users will be credited to the account once transaction verification is complete. 1110 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established procedures. 1110 reserves the right to verify a user's identity before approving any withdrawal. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent means or in breach of these terms will result in account suspension and further action being taken.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one to three business days. 1110 does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Platform Liability Limits

1110 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 1110 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or technical errors at all times.

Account Suspension & Closure

1110 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, system manipulation, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Legitimate funds in accounts closed due to fraud may not be recoverable.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 1110 platform are the exclusive property of 1110 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

Third-Party Links

The 1110 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers or payment processors. 1110 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Right to Amend Terms

1110 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with the update date clearly noted. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 1110 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any claims or disputes.

Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted as narrowly as required under applicable law, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
